In twelve step programs there is talk of threes. Where three gather is a meeting. Two is a conversation, three is a meeting.
It's obvious where two go wrong in getting anything "settled" ..

there is only attraction and repulsion right?

if I may use the imaginary tricky dog magnets for a moment.. either you are stuck or you are moving .. right? what can you do with the third dog
