Sing a song of gratitude and pause between the measures, and thank Divine Infinity for all your earthly pleasures.

And as you turn to gain the things that all the world pursues, remember its not from these things that your life ensues.

For you are given beauty free each day you realize the value of the panorama spread before your eyes.

The beauty of perspective, to see your own position and know your joy does not come from each new acquisition.

For some who only see this life, as a carnival of pleasure, never see within themselves lies their grandest treasure.

To know your value does not stem from anything you hold, and on the scales the human heart far outweighs all gold.

So sing a song of gratitude for the gift of spiritual seeing, and thank Intelligent Infinity for the perception of your being.
For poverty pursues the one who gathers and amasses while seeking happiness that all too quickly passes.

And leaves behind upon the earth all he considers to be of worth, and enters realms with ledger owing, where love and wisdom is the coin.

This carnival world spins and turns and the sellers hawk their wares, but the soul who knows where his treasure lies, has wealth beyond compare.
