Hello Seekers
: )
Time is an illusion, created by your mind. Consciousness flows in all directions at once. You are like a walker on a path of stones, with each new stone appearing as you pick up and put down your foot. And in essence this is all you can know, that the next step will appear. You cannot know what form it will take.
All time flows through you but you cannot perceive all time. The past is help in the mind and in the brain as electromagnetic connections. You can and do change the past, since it is not outside of you, as you believe, but within you. You change the past continually, as more knowledge allows you a new perspective on an event. You rearrange the past as you grow, and a child’s perspective, changes constantly into an adults perspective, a mature adult and finally an older adult. If you can and do manipulate the past then it is not set in cement. In the same way, you can change the future.
The future is also held within the mind and brain and since all time and all events are happening simultaneously, the future too can be changed. Just as you can alter the past, you can alter the future.
Nothing is predestined and can be changed before during and after it happens. You cannot be trapped in the past because you change the past each time you call it up, and you can likewise change the future, just as you do the past. The past is as real as the future, no more, no less.
Within you there is timelessness. The Eternal Now is the only thing that is real, and the past and future are subject to change. All you have is each new stone as you stand in the ever present Now, and step down on the next now stone as it appears.

All that exists is the eternal now.
From out of that we perceive a past and possible futures.
But that is almost dictated by the human body that we live in.
It takes some small amount of time for impulses, thoughts,
nerve impulses, etc to travel through the body.
Yes we, as humans, can wake up to realize that we exist in the eternal now.

Hello Moose
I used to be the kind who wasn't content with stepping out into the everpresent now, I had to see several stones ahead but then most of the ones I thought would be there were not there and others appeared as of nowhere so I stopped trying to see that far. .....you are correct, this way is superior......
May light be your bridge
