The man who threatened to assassinate President Barack obama and claims himself to be the son of God, will spend the next 36-months in federal custody. 42-year old Steven Joseph Christopher was in front of a judge Friday and originally faced up to five years in jail. It is unknown if he will be held in a state facility. Christopher was arrested back in January after officials say he made internet threats to the Commander-in-Chief via the internet. A judge ruled Christopher competant to stand trial in July and he pleaded guilty to the charges in August.
