Once your heart sees its eternal nature, no matter what transpires in the physical world your heart will always feel buoyancy.
My Heart Sings
My heart always sings in the background. Rain or shine, through days of opportunities and days of trial, my heart is always singing quietly behind the scenes.
It will not allow me to dive into a pool of despair for it cheers me and makes me smile with its reminders, that moods are like storms that rattle the windows and then disappear like smoke.
Life may cause me to break my focus from time to time, but nothing can keep my heart from singing.
It sings because it is in love, and cannot conceive of hopelessness, and because it has found it has a home within the Mind of the Infinite.
My heart sings because it knows its power to focus love and if sometimes I forget the tune, it never forgets the melody of life it continually hums.
Even though, my true center, my true heart, rests now within this metronome within my chest, I allow it freedom to dream beyond the confines of this heart of flesh.
It sings because now it knows it is free, and no power on earth, or in the universe can restrain it or make it cower. It knows it travels beyond this body and beyond this earth and is headed on a road of timeless exploration.
I stand on the edge of eternity, and stare into the face of majesty, but my heart goes ahead of me and I follow, for what I see, makes my heart sing.

I heard the words, "Remember, pray without ceasing. Play, love, laugh, live
for the joy of it. Have fun. Happiness is holy. The purpose of life is joy.
Savor fully the loveliness of each experience. Self-awareness is the prayer of
the heart. To pray without ceasing is to play. Play with the joyful abandon of
the child, absorbed in the delight of each moment. Let go of obligation and

There is only one truly significant work to do in life, and that is love; to
love nature, to love people, to love animals, to love creation itself, just
because it is. To serve God's creation with a warm and loving hand of
