Hello Seekers

The Hermetics called it Mental Transmutation. To practice and master this skill, will help you, and others who come in contact with you.

Imagine a line with two poles at either end. These are the extremes. According to Hermes, many things which appear to be different are the same thing. Hot and Cold are both temperatures.

Hot therefore would be on the extreme end of the line with Cold at the other pole. Cold becomes less cold the closer it moves toward hot, and hot grows cooler as it moves toward cold, so that somewhere in the middle, they meet. There is no distinct line.
Take love and hate for example. Remember things which appear to be opposites, are really one thing. As hate approaches love and love approaches hate, like is found somewhere in the middle, but love and hate are part of one. Fear and bravery stand at the opposite ends, as does day and night, and just as the dusk is a gradual sliding from one pole to the opposite, there is no way to tell exactly when night begins and day ends.

The Hermetics knew the secret to being happy was recognizing that there is a natural pendulum swing in the universe and that human emotions also have their swings. One day we are up and the next down, and if sometimes it seems as if we ride an emotional roller coaster, it is because we do.

The Hermetics knew that a high spot was always followed by a low spot, so they would focus on the opposite pole, so that the inevitable swing to the opposite would not take place.
If you have fear, cultivate the opposite, which is courage and fear will disappear.

To stop a negative quality, focus on the opposite positive pole of same quality, until finally you become positively polarized.

Those who allow themselves to vibrate too long on the negative pole find they feel nothing but sorrow, and it takes some effort to concentrate on positive things.

This takes mental mastery and a weak minded person can become a strong minded one by concentrating on being strong.

This polarization is very valuable right now, as the earth is consumed with negative thinking and anyone who learns this skill would perform a service for humanity by consciously and with much determination to polarize to the positive pole.

If the world hates, then you love. Give yourself all the reasons to love and none of the reasons to hate, in other words focus on the opposite.
If the world is bitter, find the opposite and feel that. For every negative there is a positive. Find it and concentrate on the positive.

If the world only knew how important this was they would all be polarizing to the positive pole. They would heal themselves and the planet, but that would entail leaving the negative pole behind which would mean leaving behind, prejudice, hate, fear, revenge, jealousy and selfishness, and moving toward universal love and acceptance of others.

The Hermetics have passed down this wisdom for the good of humanity, and of all the modern technological wonders, what the world needs most is positive polarization.

The most positive thing that you can do is just to love everyone.

Unconditionally love all, people, animals, plants, the very earth itself.
