KBR seeks sub-contractors to outfit “emergency environment” centers

The revelation that Halliburton subsidiary KBR is seeking sub-contractors to staff and outfit “emergency environment” camps located in five regions of the United States follows preparations over the last three years to deal with riots inside the United States that have already spread throughout Europe, North Africa and the Middle East.

As Infowars reported last night, a document sent to us by a state government employee confirms that Kellogg Brown & Root Services are looking to activate camps built for FEMA and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers across the United States.

This follows the Senate’s passage of Section 1031 of the National Defense Authorization Act which allows American citizens to be snatched off the street and held in detention camps without trial.

There over 800 prison camps in the United States, all fully operational and
ready to receive prisoners. They are all staffed and even surrounded by
full-time guards, but they are all empty. These camps are to be operated by
FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) should Martial Law need to be
implemented in the United States and all it would take is a presidential
signature on a proclamation and the attorney general's signature on a
warrant to which a list of names is attached. Ask yourself if you really
want to be on Ashcroft's list.


The Rex 84 Program was established on the reasoning that if a "mass
exodus" of illegal aliens crossed the Mexican/US border, they would be
quickly rounded up and detained in detention centers by FEMA. Rex 84
allowed many military bases to be closed down and to be turned into
prisons.


Operation Cable Splicer and Garden Plot are the two sub programs which will
be implemented once the Rex 84 program is initiated for its proper purpose.
Garden Plot is the program to control the population. Cable Splicer is the
program for an orderly takeover of the state and local governments by the
federal government. FEMA is the executive arm of the coming police state
and thus will head up all operations. The Presidential Executive Orders
already listed on the Federal Register also are part of the legal framework
for this operation.


The camps all have railroad facilities as well as roads leading to and from
the detention facilities. Many also have an airport nearby. The majority of
the camps can house a population of 20,000 prisoners. Currently, the
largest of these facilities is just outside of Fairbanks, Alaska. The
Alaskan facility is a massive mental health facility and can hold
approximately 2 million people.

I been accused of many things in my life never been naive.

If you want to know the truth all you have to do is see the orders of your government to build the camps. You can find them in the budget approvals and many other records following the money trail.

No I am not naive to believe, every thing posted on the net but at the same time dont live in denial of fact well documented the last 25 years when it began building up and have searched it.

No basically what I believe is that all none US citizens hate you for your Freedom and DEmoCRACY and bad mouth your benevolent government trying to turn you against them.

Telling you that the heroic figures as the TSA agents who in all reality all they care strip searching your children and wives or mothers and giving you the finger up the ass searching for those elusive explosives you use to blow up planes with yourself in them, are having the best interest for you in their hearts.

We all watched how FEMA operated in the Katrina Incident and how they stop bad american citizens with boats trying to reach NO and help the people there as well bring them food and water.

It is all lies that 16 million children from the age of 2-17 are mandatory on ritalin and prozac. That your water is poisoned and they introduced all that MGO food into your diet not to mention all the FDA approved additives , as aspartame to mention one find the rest for yourself.

No I believe nothing what is written by us on the net, for others to get wind of what happens, not that a law just passed declaring all US population as hostiles and terrorists. Or that Black Water trained mercenaries in schools as Iraq and Afghanistan, have the last 3-4 years been moved to their new jobs silently as law enforcement mercenaries all over US.
