Fork You: Obama Forces Latino Audience to Give Up Silverware Before Speech

Why doesn’t Barack Obama trust Latinos with knives and forks at a dinner reception?

Washington is buzzing about a new scandal – no, not ‘Fast and Furious’, that is just the GOP contributing to our “broken politics“, or the rantings of a lone nutbag blogger (pay no attention to that pesky dead border agent, or Obama’s assertion of executive privilege).

No, the big new scandal is how Obama’s security detail confiscated the forks of every member of the National Association of Latino Elected Officials (NALEO) before Obama would come out to speak. This after denying them knives to eat with in the first place.

Here is the incredulous M.C. announcing it to a stunned audience…

Why can’t Latinos be trusted with silverware? I thought they LOVED Obama, or so the media tells us everyday.

Funny, the fear of silverware hasn’t stopped him on recent campaign swings and events…

Hmmm…did you notice anything missing in those photos? Oh yeah…NO LATINOS!

Hmmm. Could it be…RACISM?

After all isn’t this the same Administration which claimed that an email of a Chihuahua passed around by Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s deputies constituted “proof” of “racial bias and discrimination”…?

No, it's yet another pathetic right-wing attempt to manufacture drama!

"A Secret Service spokesman confirmed that the agency made the request, but said such requirements are common at large events where the president speaks at about the same time people are dining."

I suppose this means Obama would never do as Gaddafi -

Look how terrified Gaddafi is riding through Tripoli. lol

Imagine Obama riding through DC like that - even without the Beach Boys.
I'm happy I'm not judgmental like all you smug, superficial idiots.

Obama has private dinner last night at George Will's home!

Published: January 13, 2009

WASHINGTON — President-elect Barack Obama spent Tuesday evening at a dinner party with several prominent conservative columnists, including William Kristol and David Brooks of The New York Times, according to a pool report.

Mr. Obama, who has been staying at the Hay-Adams Hotel in Washington, arrived just after 6:30 p.m. at an address in Chevy Chase, Md., that is listed in property tax records as the home of George F. Will, the conservative Washington Post columnist.

Another columnist at the party was Charles Krauthammer, also of The Post. Some of the guests have been among Mr. Obama’s severest critics.

Tuesday’s dinner party with conservative columnists added another dimension to the fevered discussion about Mr. Obama’s movements.

In filing his pool report, Kenneth Bazinet of the New York Daily News wrote: “This is for real, folks. The bloggers are going to love this.”

Where does one dine a week before becoming the leader of the free world?

At the Chevy Chase, Md., house of conservative columnist George Will.

President-elect Barack Obama left his temporary home at the Hay-Adams Hotel at just after 6:15 this evening, arriving about 20 minutes later at Will's house, valued at $1.9 million.

Aides said the visit was a dinner party; eagle-eyed reporters spotted two other conservative columnists among the guests: William Kristol of the Weekly Standard and David Brooks of the New York Times.

This from the pool report, issued minutes ago: "Thanks to an enterprising photographer, a shot through a window showed op-ed stalwarts William Kristol and David Brooks are also part of this unlikely gathering of tight, right suits."

A hoodie?
I don't care if you're "Red State" or "Blue State". I only care if you're "Red Pill" or "Blue Pill".
