Hello Forum Readers
Recently I was asked to say a few words to set the tone in a wedding of someone close to me. I decided to share this with the forum. If you want to use parts of it please do and all is given in love. They are having a ceremony because they have both walked a long road to get to one another and I am honored they would ask me to stand out under the mountain skies and say these words.

You are closest to being in the image of God when you love, and you are happiest when you align with love. Purity of being does not come from the body but from the intent and love within the human heart. The hearts that beat in unison with nature and the universe know that only love is important and any other reason for existing is only transitory illusion.

To the one who has been enveloped by love, a humble meal becomes a feast, all starry nights are extravaganzas of awe, and every mystery, is a cause for humble contemplation. Those who know the secrets of love, know the secrets that even Pharoahs sought and did not find.

Love is a free gift, from the One within whom all exist. Even the steel girders of the giant bridges that humanity has build are not strong enough to withstand the stream of time, which sweeps all away in its path, yet love is part of the fabric of time and space and endures for eternity.

No love that is given is ever lost and no love, which is received, is left unreturned. This is the great circle of love; the manifestation of God, the beginning and the end; the endless circle. This circle can only be felt when love is freely given and freely received.

No human can bind the heart, for the heart must be given over in trust and received in reverence and cannot be bound.

When two merge into one, the love of the One is found and expressed as bliss. When that happens, the mundane changes and you feel as if you walking on holy ground. Now even the trees, rooted in ancient land, become your witnesses, and the sky becomes your garment.

Briefly you wake in flesh.
If you promise anything, promise according to spirit and not according to flesh, which blows away in the wind. Make your love not a trickling stream but a gushing river, flowing into the eternal ocean.

And allow love to move between you like gentle fingers of compassion as eye to eye and soul to soul you see through the eyes of the other. For all is One.

Beautiful! Hello, Suzanne. I've missed you. I was in Spain for the last two weeks. Hopefully, we'll catch up very soon.
