Osiris world pillar, cut into many pieces. See the pieces whirling above you in the constellations. See them falling to earth. Arise pieces of the whole, and reunite yourselves, and rise out of your own ashes. Christ has made the sign of the holy cross in the sky, now perceive its meaning in yourself.

“and Daniel, make secret the words of the book and seal up their meaning, until the time of the end.”

Mysteries abound in the human mind. Symbols are a bridge.

Imagine a pencil going straight through the earth and up into space. This pencil is able to trace a shape in the sky just as if it were drawing it.

Think of the earth rotating, but with a wobble. The pencil traces a circle, as the tilted earth rotates slightly off center. This is why the circle, is an ecliptic or elongated shape.

In 25,920 years, the pencil would slowly trace a circle above the earth, as it takes that long to complete one rotation. This became called, The Great Platonic Year, or Great Year. At these times Great Ages end and new ones begin.

During this period of time, the earth travels through the twelve houses of the zodiac, since this circle is divided into twelve sections.

Now take the circle that our pencil has formed, and make a line, across the middle of the circle, and another crossing in the opposite direction, up and down, and you have formed a cross within the circle.

At each of the four points where the cross touches the circle we find four houses of the zodiac : the lion of Leo, the bull of Taurus, the man of Aquarius, and the Eagle of Scorpio.

If the four houses of the Leo, Taurus, Aquarius and Scorpio are joined, they make a square within the circle.{ The eagle image is the older symbol for Scorpio sometimes considered to be the Phoenix bird.}

The pencil traces a circle with Leo at the top, Taurus at the three o’clock position, Aquarius( man) at the half circle, and finally the Eagle or Scorpio and back to Leo to complete the circle. This may surprise Bible readers who have been taught to shun the zodiac, but these symbols are in more than one place in the Bible. The creatures in Ezekiel match those in Revelation.

“And as for the likeness of their faces, the four of them had a man’s face with a lion’s face to the right, and the four of them had a bull’s face on the left; the four of them also has a eagle’s face.”
“And their appearance and their structure was just as when a wheel proved to be in the midst of a wheel.”…….Ezekiel 10

We now move from the Precession of the Equinoxes and our circular gallery of constellations, and turn our attention to another circle of importance. As the earth rotates on its axis, it is also rotating around the sun, forming another circle, called The Ecliptic of the Sun or Plane of the Ecliptic.

The Great Galatic Plane is none other than our own Milky Way galaxy which is also ecliptic in shape, and it is within this disk that our solar system resides. Here again we have a circle, within a circle, within a circle, as Ezekiel reports in his vision.

It is the angle of alignment of three circles which forms the Holy Cross in the heavens. These three intersecting planes; the galatic, the ecliptic and earth’s equatorial plane, all tilt at unique angles to one another, which creates the geometry which forms the lines or cross members of the Holy Cross.

We began with a pole going through the center of the earth, which we changed into a pencil for the purpose of drawing our circle, but there is yet another way of looking at our imaginary pole. Many civilizations depicted a tree, called the World Tree. This tree grew up the middle of the earth with its roots deep in the underworld and it branches were formed of the Milky Way. This World Tree is the same symbol as the Holy Cross, with the branches the cross beam.

This World Tree and the Holy Cross, are both found in every civilization in one form or another, and yet only a handful who know the symbolic meaning behind them.
The Mayan civilization wove the symbolism into their culture. They kept the time count of the Precessions carefully in their calendar.
The date given for this event was known by the Mayans according to this time count, and the date of this crossing is at the winter Solstice in 2012.
At this time, the earth’s sun will be conjuncting with the dark rift of the Milky Way. This dark rift, is called the cosmic birth canal by the Mayan, and 2012 is the date of the delivery.

As I was researching this I could not help but see the correlation between the World Tree of the Mayans, and the fact that Osiris, is also shown as a tree and a pillar, and was encased in a tree. The Mayan display this tree prominently. Could this be the same as the Tree of Life in Genesis, or the one in Revelation?

“To him who overcomes I will give the fruit of the tree of life, which is in the Paradise of God.”…….in the middle of the street and on either side was a river, and there the tree of life, for the healing of the nations.”


Osiris, had a struggle with his lower nature symbolized by Seth, who displays the negative aspects of Osiris. We could say Seth is his lower self, and Osiris is his higher nature. Horus is the product of blending of the two.
Interestingly, the constellation and figure of Orion in the night sky was in Egypt called the Soul of Osiris, was later changed to Orion, and his symbols changed to hunting symbols. When we look at Orion today, in the sky, we are really seeing the soul of Osiris, and our own archetype in the sky. Perhaps this is why we find references to Orion linked with the coming of the new world all over the earth.

Seth managed to trick Osiris into getting into a coffin and then he sealed it up and floated it down the river.
{ the coffin represents death, which came to humanity with the fall in consciousness, when the lower self Seth, took over the thinking and the memory of the unconscious mind was lost.}

Osiris, now encased in the tree and bound to the earth in a recycle of birth and rebirth, the coffin becomes a tree, death to eternal life, the wood of which was so fragrant, that it was cut down and transported to a temple to become a pillar. (the world pillar is often shown alternately with Osiris in hieroglyphs and the same concept as the trunk of the Mayan’s World Tree).

Isis becomes aware that the tree; the pillar is Osiris, and goes to the temple and has it removed, and she uses special words to bring Osiris back to life. Isis is his connection to the Divine Mind, because she is the higher part of him, just as Seth is the lower part.

The lower self does not want Osiris to conceive an heir, as the lower mind has no appreciation for anything other than what is physical.
If Osiris was married to his higher self Isis, they might produce the perfected soul and Seth cannot have that so he tries again to kill Osiris by cutting him up into pieces, which Isis finds, and put back together.

Together, Osiris and Isis produce Horus. Seth tries to kill the child by poison, but is unsuccessful, and Horus lives as the heir, and the result of this union.
Horus is the perfect blend of the two, physical and spirtiual; the marriage of the higher and lower self.

It is my belief that the story of Osiris is the key to understanding the Mayan story of the birth of the sun, and that the birth of the son in Revelation, is the same birth as that of Horus, in Egypt.

If you were a dancer, but not a very good one, and you tripped over your own feet and kept falling down, and one day a marvelous dance teacher showed up at your door and he was so swift of foot he seemed to float. He showed you how to perfect your steps and how to keep your mind fixed on one spot so you did not get dizzy and fall. Most of all, he brought you laughter and joy because he had a love and enthusiasm for all he did. You might want to copy this teacher, and try to match his steps. This is what Jesus did for his fallen brethren. He showed them how to dance correctly so that all the other dancers had enough room to flow freely with him in harmony.
He also left a very important example, and that was, not to be afraid if your physical body is threatened to force you to violate your own conscious. You are eternal and once you really believe that, and your origin death has no hold on you.

To welcome the Christed mind, is to be at peace with all, and accept all, and thus we carry our own heaven with us.
While the world is playing out Armageddon on the battlefield of their inner mind, those who have decided its time to put the toys of third density on the shelf, see the square within the circle, and already perceive the Holy Cross and the Tree of Life.
