Does anyone here use the room meditation? I was taught this some time ago and still wonder about what I have encountered. I know each seeker will have a different space but mine was and is cluttered with file cabinets full of files, and tapes, cd's, old looking video cans etc. No, I don't know what is in the files or films...I'm afraid to find out I guess. I opened the second door to meet my spirit guide and rather than being light and flowy and mystic mine (who was male and looked somewhat like a retired army general) said "You are late. You were supposed to be here a long time ago." Not what I expected to say the least. The others related their stories of what they discovered and I sat mute like the village idiot who had fucked up yet again. No one else described
anything like what I saw.
Was also taught to speak to the deceased in the second room. They come from a kind of dark shadowy corner on the right side of the room. I've been there a few times but get so weirded out that I don't sleep for days after.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
