Let's not be irritable.
A simple "No Thanks" would be enough.
If that doesn't work, take the enclosed Self Addressed, Stamped Envelope (SASE), stuff all the advertisements and other detritus into it (including the original envelope), and send it right back to them.
That ought to bring it to a screeching halt.
